ONCE I ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on where your package is being shipped, deliveries range between 1- 5 business days. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday. Orders aren’t processed on weekends and holidays. Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site. We will email you an order confirmation once your order has been shipped. If it is a special order or an item that is not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disasters, or delays due to a holiday. 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All orders may vary, Depending on where your package is being shipped, deliveries range between 1- 3 business days. Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site. Additional time is needed for delivery. ANY PROMOTIONS WILL TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Please advise if you need it before hand. Thank you for understanding our policy. We try to address what fits best for our customer needs. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER? Tracking numbers are generated and sent out within 2 business days from your order date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? Please contact our customer service before the order has shipped.

DOES KARMA KOUTIL OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?  
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason after an order has been placed unless it was a mistake on Karma Koutil's behalf.
